No data entered into AWOL is stored in the application.
Data pertains to start, stop times and date of activity undertaken. The activity type eg “Insertion of epidural” is included.
All the above data is transferred securely via Hypertext Transfer Protocol Secure (HTTPS) to the AWOL database.
Access to the data pertaining to your rota tiers is available only to the administrator of your rota tiers (via online portal).
Databases are hosted securely by IONOS (www.ionos.co.uk).
Location Data is not enabled by the AWOL app.
AWOL does not ask or use user identifying data.
The only usage data the developer sees is that which Apple supplies, in a generic deidentified form, and only if you opt in on your device (usually done when setting up a new device).
If you email the developer for support, they will have your email address, but will do nothing with it other than to reply to you.
Your email address will remain private and will not be shared to third parties.
The developer (Pythia Apps Ltd) is registered with the Information Commissioners Office (ICO).
